I have a bachelor's degree in human services, master's degree in nursing, and am currently licensed as a Psychiatric NP at a psychiatric urgent care, psychiatric inpatient, and psychiatric nursing home. I had been working in mental health field with various roles from crisis mental health coach, psychiatric residential RN, psychiatric emergency and urgent care RN. A majority of my patients have disorder of depression, anxiety, insomnia, bipolar, trauma, and psychosis.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety and depression, including overthinking, low motivation, feeling overwhelmed, and a loss of interest in daily life.

Many of my clients come in feeling mentally exhausted, stuck in their thoughts, or unsure why things feel harder than they should. I work with adults of all ages, but I have a strong understanding of the challenges that often come up in early adulthood and major life transitions.

Hi! I am a board certified DNP-PMHNP-BC. I started my career in traditional health practices as a Fulbright Scholar in Sochi, Russia. I presented my research at the US Embassy in Moscow. Following the completion of my grant I attended New York University (NYU). From there I completed a residency at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas. Following this I entered and completed my doctorate at USD University of San Diego, California with a focus on digital telehealth treatment for psychiatric care. I have a passion for working with the veteran population and those seeking care outside the box. I recently completed my facilitation for psychadelic assisted therapy and have an additional practice in Denver, Colorado. I enjoy yoga, swimming and all the water sports!

With over 10 years of experience in the nursing field, I specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD (I DO NOT prescribe stimulant medication, such as Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse or Folacin), etc.

Hello, I'm Mindy. I'm a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than a decade of clinical experience. My path has included military service, community health work in rural Morocco, and care across many settings, from intensive care to hospice. These experiences shape how I show up: with warmth, curiosity, and respect for everyone's story. I treat the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

I am an integrative clinician providing psychotherapy, coaching, and mindful medication management to support meaningful and lasting change. I am also a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s from UCSF (2018), where I trained at Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital and Clinics. Additionally, I hold a Sociology degree from Dartmouth College, have completed coursework at the San Francisco Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program, and foundational studies in energy medicine at the Academy of Intuition Medicine. I continue to refine my work through ongoing psychoanalytic supervision.
