Hi!
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based care through telehealth. I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood changes. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel comfortable talking about what you’re going through. I believe mental health care should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs.
My work in mental health is shaped by both professional training and a life lived across cultures. I am an internationally graduated Medical Doctor (IG-MD), born in Venezuela with strong Greek roots, and I have lived in the United States for over 30 years. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and help me connect meaningfully with people from all walks of life.
I currently practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus in psychiatry. In addition to my psychiatric training, my background in hospital medicine has strengthened my ability to understand individuals as a whole—recognizing how mental health, physical health, and daily life continuously influence one another. This allows me to provide care that is thoughtful, balanced, and highly individualized.
Much of my clinical work has been in telehealth, where I offer accessible and attentive care to patients across the lifespan, including children and adolescents (ages 6–18) as well as older adults. I commonly work with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, and ADHD, and I incorporate holistic strategies to support long-term mental wellness.
My name is Sodna Paul, and I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I truly believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients in their healing and growth. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from St Thomas University. Before becoming a PMHNP, I worked as a registered nurse inpatient psychiatry, Correctional facility and medical-surgical units, which gave me a strong foundation in holistic patient care. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults across a wide range of mental health concerns, with Depression and anxiety, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, Trauma and PTSD, Substance use disorders, Sleep issues and Lifestyle related mental health concerns. I use a combination of evidence-based medication management, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and lifestyle coaching to help clients reach their goals.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing telehealth care for adults throughout Florida. With over 8 years of nursing experience, I offer supportive and personalized care for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, with bilingual services available in English and Spanish.
I provide psychiatric medication management for adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, with appointments often available within the same week. My approach focuses on clear diagnosis, structured treatment, and ongoing psychiatric monitoring to ensure safe and effective care.
As a dual-certified PMHNP with over 10 years of experience in psychiatric and primary care, I take a practical and evidence-based approach. I help patients understand their symptoms, review treatment options clearly, and start effective care without unnecessary delays.
I work best with adults seeking straightforward, reliable care who are ready to actively engage in treatment and follow-up. My goal is to help you achieve meaningful improvement in focus, mood, and overall functioning.
My name is Holly Bowling and I am a Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I started my nursing career in 2012 after graduating from Ball State University. I have had the opportunity to work in many disciplines where I was able to utilize my knowledge and skills required to provide for those with mental health issues, specifically, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD, allowing me the opportunity to continue pursuing my career, in mental health.
I’m Brittany, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing thoughtful, individualized care for both adults and children—because mental health support should meet you where you are, at every stage of life.
I believe psychiatric care should never feel rushed, dismissive, or one-size-fits-all. My approach centers on listening first, understanding the whole person, and creating a plan that actually works for you.
Through secure telehealth, I support individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, emotional regulation challenges, and major life transitions.
This space is for real conversations, clarity, and care without judgment.
