I've been in therapy myself and have both healed and grown tremendously having worked with
therapists. Through my work with skilled therapists, I have become a more present, alive, whole-
bodied person that has learned to love myself--to be kinder to myself, less self-critical, happier,
and enjoy expressing my various forms of creativity. I'm not perfect but I continue to make shifts
when I drift into old patterns. As a result of these experiences and recommitting to shifting into
presence, self-acceptance, and whole-body awareness I feel more connected, alive and at peace. I
enjoy loving relationships with the people closest to me including my wife and children. When
not working with people, I enjoy reading biographies and adventure novels, playing board and
card games, watching live baseball games, and enjoying a variety of outdoor activities and
pursuits.
If you've landed here, something in you is ready even if another part of you isn't sure yet. That takes courage, and I want you to know: you're already in the right place.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I specialize in helping people who are tired of holding it all together. People who feel anxious in ways they can't always explain. People carrying weight from the past (trauma) that keeps showing up in the present in their relationships, in how they see themselves, in moments that catch them off guard.
You might be someone who looks "fine" from the outside but knows something deeper is off. Maybe you've tried to push through, figure it out on your own, or simply keep moving and yet here you are, still feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just... heavy.
That's not a failure. That's your nervous system asking for something different.
I'm Deidre, and for over two decades I've helped people move through some of life's most painful and disorienting transitions — loss, illness, divorce, relationship struggles, aging, and the quiet fears that come with facing mortality. My clients often tell me that what they needed most wasn't advice — it was someone who truly listened, who could help them make sense of what they were feeling and find a path forward. That's what I'm here to do!
Hi my name is Ana, I'm a dedicated mental health professional specializing in comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment, strategic treatment planning, and collaborative care. Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. You may be feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or simply wanting a safe space to process what you’ve been carrying. My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. Together, we can work toward helping you build resilience, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with yourself.
I believe deeply in the possibility of growth and change. My decision to become a therapist was inspired by a steadfast belief in transformation — in the human capacity to move forward, even after hardship. Having navigated my own journey of growth, I understand the courage it takes to be vulnerable in therapy. I hold the therapeutic relationship as sacred and approach it with care, respect, and integrity.
Clients can expect a warm, curious, and nonjudgmental space where they are seen and heard without assumptions. I strive to cultivate an environment of authenticity and self-awareness, where trust is built through consistency, empathy, and genuine presence. I want to understand each client’s firsthand experiences and meet them exactly where they are.
