I work with individuals who grew up with a pervasive sense that they were “outside the box.” Sometimes that comes from being neurodivergent, navigating gender or sexuality, growing up in strict or religious environments, being home-schooled or always feeling different from the people around you. Many of my clients arrive with ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, identity questions, or long-held patterns of masking to get through work, school, or life. It’s common for them to feel numb, lonely, misunderstood, or unsure about who they are and where they belong. If that resonates — you’re in the right place.
I support neurodivergent adults, ADHD/Autism, LGBTQIA+ and questioning folks, individuals exploring gender identity or transition, people processing religious trauma, chronic health struggles, grief, loss, and PTSD. I also love helping creatives, deep thinkers, and people who feel like they’ve spent years trying to “fit” rather than exist authentically.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting women as they navigate personal, relational, and cultural challenges. My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
