Hello! My name is Angela Weck, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I hold a master's degree in clinical social work from St. Leo University. Hi, I’m Jennifer Gaither. I’m a licensed clinical social worker, in Florida, dedicated to helping you navigate the moments when life feels a bit too heavy or overwhelming. Whether you’re managing constant anxiety, going through a major life transition, or struggling with self-confidence, I’m here to help you find your footing and feel like yourself again.
My approach is warm, laid-back, and conversational. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, not a lecture. I meet you exactly where you are, providing a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I especially enjoy working with individuals who "feel things deeply" and are looking for a way to move from just surviving their emotions to truly thriving.
I believe that meaningful therapy begins with feeling seen, understood, and safe, so I want to share a bit about who I am and how I work. I am currently a doctoral student in clinical psychology (PsyD), and I also hold a master’s degree in counseling. My training has included work in a variety of clinical settings, where I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. At the core of my work is the belief that people are incredibly resilient, even when it doesn’t feel that way. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being your authentic self, while also gently challenging and supporting you toward growth.

I’m glad you’re here. A lot of my work focuses on your relationship with yourself and others, navigating anxiety and emotional overwhelm, while honoring the experiences and backgrounds that shape who you are.
