I primarily work with men and older teenage boys (17+) dealing with anxiety, emotional shutdown, anger, panic, burnout, shame, relationship struggles, trauma, or a constant feeling of being stuck in survival mode. Many of my clients are highly self-aware but still feel trapped repeating the same patterns despite understanding themselves intellectually.
My style is direct, grounded, and practical without becoming cold or overly clinical. I work especially well with clients who are tired of vague therapy conversations and want help understanding what is actually driving the problem underneath the surface. I’ve worked in settings ranging from emergency rooms to juvenile facilities, and those experiences shaped a therapy style focused on clarity, accountability, emotional honesty, and meaningful forward movement.

I have a sincere appreciation for being the kind of Human others feel safe, seen, and heard by. I believe in the power of genuine connection, where your authentic Self is welcomed, valued, and supported. My approach is holistic, rooted in existential and humanistic perspectives, and guided by your unique values, lived experiences, and the interconnectedness of your mind, body, and spirit. I hold space for reflection, curiosity, and meaning, to explore your inner truths, deepen self-awareness, understand and navigate your emotions, and reconnect with the parts of you that may have been forgotten or silenced.
Hi, I’m Nicholas. I work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or just feeling stuck in life. A lot of my clients come in knowing something isn’t working — they’re overwhelmed, overthinking everything, or just tired of feeling the same way day after day — but aren’t quite sure how to change it.
I specialize in working with people with Anxiety, Phobias, PTSD, Adjustment Disorders and Codependency. I also work with people on setting and maintaining boundaries, goal-setting, assertiveness training, communication skills, changing thoughts and behaviors and coping skills. I provide support when you are in crisis, need help with parenting skills and work with you to reduce symptoms that affect your everyday life. If you want to incorporate bible scripture or prayer, I am happy to provide this support! If requested, sessions can include walking, movement, meeting inside or outside the office.
