I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW) with over five years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges related to relationships, anxiety, stress, trauma, and depression. My background spans school settings, child and family services, and the medical field, allowing me to support clients across different life stages and experiences. I’ve worked with adolescents, emerging and middle-aged adults, older adults, and families from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and sexual identity backgrounds. Whether I’m helping a couple rebuild trust, guiding a parent and child through conflict, or supporting someone coping with loss, I aim to create a space that feels accepting, grounded, and safe.

My goal is to help clients increase insight, build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
You don't have to have been in a crisis for your struggles to be real -- but if you have, I've likely sat in rooms like the ones you've been in. My career has taken me through emergency rooms, correctional facilities, the Veterans Administration, and child protective services. What that experience taught me is how resilient people are, and how much the right support at the right moment can change everything. Today I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, sleep challenges, and the weight of physical health concerns. If life has been hard, I know how to meet you where you are
Welcome—glad you made it here!
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience in crisis mental health and private practice. I help adults and adolescents work through anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship challenges.
